Job Description

This role is responsible for supervising chain stores and modern trade by maintaining long-term relationships and maximizing sales opportunities. Also, this position will be supervising and penetrating customers’ markets and developing relationships with chain store accounts that enable the achievement of plans and objectives. The key accountabilities are as follows: ● Visit the assigned chain stores. ● Receive orders. ● Follow up on the yearly contract implementations. ● Supervise the promotions and samplings. ● Negotiate with store supervisors about promo spaces and orders. ● Apply new prices in each chain and insure the proper labeling. ● Check the unit prices of us vs the customer upon delivery. ● Check sales report per day. ● Check and monitor the availability and stock level per store. ● Competitor activity report (and price). ● Select empty spaces for advertising out of HO control. ● Team support to reach targets. ● Financial follow-up with chains for payment, overdue, etc. ● Resolve the issues of delivery to customers. ● Check the presence and execution of merchandisers. ● Check our unit prices vs customer upon delivery. ● Check visual reports of merchandisers per day.

Requirements

● At least 5 years of experience in KA sales. ● Sales and negotiation skills. ● Analyzing and planning skills. ● Ability to work with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. ● Fluent in English, written and spoken. ● Time management follow-up and problem-solving skills. ● Effective reporting skills.
