● Responsible for the sale and sales forecast of company products, and existing and new accounts. ● Responsible for managing and maintaining customer accounts, with a focus on hospitals, key accounts, and linked pharmacies, and making sure of proper supply. ● Visit physicians, hospitals, clinics, and other organizations that require medical device products as well as scientific instruments that focus on patient care and/or diagnosis, on a regular basis aligned with the proper visit plan. ● Have regular meetings with distributors to review the achievements, finding gaps in operation, define action plans to solve them, and follow the actions as per the defined deadlines. ● Coordinate with distributors and their CRM team for sales and after-sales services. ● Compliance with applicable laws in providing physicians with literature. Provides technical expertise and customer service to accounts. ● Responsible for after-sales and complaints handling. ● Responsible for educating new patients and being on call to handle their issues and managing relationships with educators. ● Gather data on marketing trends and competitive products and pricing. ● Provide timely reports and presentations depending on different content. ● Build relationships with customers or key stakeholders to influence the acceptance and use of company products.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in Medical, or Pharma fields. ● Previous experience in market access is preferred in the healthcare field. ● Experience working in a multicultural environment. ● Fluency in written and spoken English is necessary. ● Excellent networking skills and ability to build external relations. ● Business acumen -- a deep understanding of business drivers, products, local market, competition, and forces that help build public opinions. ● Communication skills -- the ability to influence at all levels and to position/sell ideas to key stakeholders and manage expectations in line with agreed objectives. ● Build trustful and effective relationships. ● Ability to push back and challenge the status quo. ● Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. ● Project management skills.
