Job Description

We are looking for a junior talented team player to be responsible for sourcing and screening suitable candidates, and monitoring the overall process of assessment. To be a successful team player, you should have a good working knowledge of technical roles, technical skills, and roles, as well as knowledge of the general recruitment process and development assessment services. Role description: ● Manage WINATALENT’s talent pool candidates and look over the overall data and statistics of it. ● Communicate with Account executives to identify the technical requirements for hiring projects. ● Screen CVs based on competency related to job requirements. ● Source potential candidates through online platforms (like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.). ● Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates. ● Arrange phone calls and online interviews. ● Evaluate specialized skills and qualifications by conducting technical and English tests. ● Prepare approved qualified shortlists of candidates for our clients. ● Keep track of all applicants' processes. ● Monitor our freelancer resources based on skills and experience. ● Partnership with the product manager in order to plan and implement the assessment service. ● Plan and conduct interviews in the assessment service. ● Review and implementation of the technical testing process in the assessment service. ● Monitor the assessment service and plan to improve it. ● Follow the targets of the assessment service.

Requirements

● At least 3 years of related working experience, preferably in recruitment, with knowledge or background of technology, technical roles, and skills. ● Bachelor's degree in a related technical and/or human resources field is preferred. ● Professional in English. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Familiar with online platforms. ● Attention to detail. ● Being aggressively deadline and target-oriented. ● Being active and eager to learn. ● Good interpersonal and decision-making skills. ● Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
