Job Description
● Troubleshooting Microsoft Windows services and supervising hardware installations.
● Installing, testing, and configuring new workstations, related equipment, and software.
● Managing PC setup and deployment for new employees.
● Assigning enterprise software (active directory, e-mail, anti-virus, network, accounts).
● Managing user accounts, permissions, email, and anti-virus.
● Assigning users and computers to proper groups in the active directory.
● Performing timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.
● Maintaining documentation, such as; network diagrams, typologies, computer assets, etc.
● Managing all system backup and restoring systems.
