Position Snapshot: Location: Tehran /Iran Company: Nestlé Full-time Position summary: ● Manage the delivery of services related to the implementation and sustenance of the GLOBE ISIT standards, IT infrastructure, IT security compliance, network, and telecommunication in the market/region. ● Deliver timely support (scope, timing, content) for agreed priority processes. ● Drive the cost-effective IT network infrastructure, and monitor and optimize total GLOBE/IS/IT cost. ● Timely management of the project in line with project budget, project planning, executing, and closing ICT projects. A day in life.... Systems performance and availability: ● Ensure 24-hours systems availability which includes but not limited to network connectivity, enterprise messaging, telephony, printers, workstations, RF technology, other mobility services, etc. ● Lead the IT projects/initiatives, identify requirements/expectations, and align with Global/local priorities. Support the full integration, standardization, and optimization of ways of working and drive flawless execution. Support country, market, and region cross-stream projects Develop, support, and inspire: ● End-user computing – SOE testing and deployment for the Middle East ● Motivate and develop the team members towards high performance and live user support. ● Import all –functional and business support under pre-production and production environment. ● Nestle continuous excellence - leading a team of IT support specialists in the lower Gulf and Levant region towards daily and weekly operation reviews. ● Administration and functional support for sales force automation operation, 3PL operation. Management of OPEX and CAPEX in the market: ● Plan, procure, and manage the delivery of IT assets and services. ● Ensure that all IT assets are tracked and controlled. ● Develop and manage the IT Capex and operational plan/budget. ● Lead initiative for the cost-effective IT network infrastructure, monitor and optimize total GLOBE/IS/IT costs. Compliance with global standards and policies: ● Periodic review of SCI KPIs takes necessary actions to secure information and systems. ● On-time completion of Information Security Management Systems related activities. ● Ensures compliance with GLOBE IT security policies and guidelines. ● Establish and test the local/market Disaster Recovery Plans for all sites periodically. ● EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) business analyst. ● Logging, tracking, and closing ticket. ● Lead initiatives related to IT security awareness within the market/region.
