Job Description
● Support clients and employees in IT services.
● Resolve clients' problems in the IT field (offline and online).
● Maintain the IT infrastructure, devices, printers, and network.
● Maintain the system software (servers, accounting, and warehouse, CRM, and Cloud).
● Report to the VP-Business Executive, and IT Consultant Administrator.
● Probation period: 1 Month.
● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Recruitment steps:
● Video call interview (technical interview with the IT consultant administrator).
● Face-to-face interview (HR interview with managers) in the company office.
● Signing a contract for a probation period (1 Month).
● Signing long-term employment contract.
