We are hiring an IT Help Desk Expert for our holding; The expected responsibilities include (and are not limited to):
● Provide software and hardware services to users to meet their needs based on the organization's policy.
● Set up, maintain, and update network equipment and hardware in order to ensure continuous and uninterrupted service of IT services.
● Communicate with contractors and consultants to justify the description of the required work activities, monitoring the good execution and delivery of the work.
● Set up the user system and provide basic training.
● Ensure the proper functioning of CCTV cameras to prevent their possible failure.
● Periodically check the systems to ensure their proper functioning.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Computer, Software, or Hardware Engineering.
● Expertise in MS Office.
● Intermediate English level.
● 2 years of related work experience.
● Knowledge of Network and Infrastructure.
● Familiarity with Server Services.
