Job Description

● Active directory management, DNS and DHCP. ● Manage relevant requests. ● Troubleshoot Windows-based servers. ● Troubleshoot software, hardware, or customer network problems. ● Manage and troubleshoot accounts, exchange servers, and Skype.

Requirements

● Familiar with antivirus, anti-spam, and anti-malware. ● Basic knowledge about LAN and WAN. ● Familiarity with server virtualization (VMware vSphere). ● Familiar with app support. ● Adequate knowledge about Windows 7 and 10 and customer support. ● Familiarity with the ticketing system and request management و and troubleshooting. ● Familiarity with the network monitoring system. ● Familiarity with ITIL. ● Fluent in English.
