Job Description

- Troubleshoot Microsoft Windows services and supervise hardware installations. - Install, test, and configure new workstations, related hardware, and software. - Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees. - Assist enterprise software (Active Directory, e-mail, anti-virus, network, accounts) - Manage user accounts and permissions. - Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory. - Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required. - Maintain documentation, such as; network diagrams, typologies, computer assets, etc. - Manage all back-ups and restore systems. - Work with office software under the network. - Handle overall computer and network maintenance tasks.

Requirements

- B.S. / M.S. in Computer Engineering or IT - Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT helpdesk - Disciplined in time management - Advanced working knowledge in fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware, and other types of equipment - Have the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and work to deadlines
