Requirements
● Proficient in Help Desk matters and maintenance of systems, networks, servers, and office machines.
● Proficient in computer system support and troubleshooting.
● Proficient in Network+ concepts, sufficient skill, and experience in setting up and troubleshooting office machines (printers, scanners, etc.).
● Familiar with Microsoft services.
● Excellent communication skills and responding to the needs of users and managers.
● Interested in learning new topics.
