Job Description

● Identify and provide hardware and software needed to meet user needs. ● Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications. ● Help to customize and adapt existing programs to meet users' needs. ● Coordinate activities with network services and information systems groups. ● Refer major hardware problems to service personnel for correction. ● Company ERP and BPMS system management. ● Network security management (creating necessary backups). ● Manage email and anti-virus systems.

Requirements

● At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering. ● At least two years of work experience. ● Familiar with ERP, BPMS, VoIP, web service, and SQL. ● Familiar with Network+ and MCSE. ● Familiar with storage devices and technologies. ● Familiar with active and passive networks. ● Ability to do group work.
