Job Description

  • Windows operating system troubleshooting.
  • Support network and internet issues.
  • Predict and allocate quick replacement resources for services and systems in emergency cases.
  • Document all assigned tasks.


  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals.
  • Strong Help Desk skills.
  • High skill in solving problems and providing optimal solutions.
  • Familiarity with documentation and writing SOP.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Services (Active Directory, DNS, LDAP, DHCP).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange Server.
  • High capability of maintaining and configuring firewalls (SOPHOS).
  • Familiarity with HP Servers and Storage.
  • Familiarity with QNAP Storage.
  • High skills in Maintaining and Configuring VMware-Based Infrastructure.
  • High skills in Configuring Kaspersky Endpoint Security Center.
  • Enough experience with monitoring software, especially Manage Engine, SolarWinds, and PRTG.
  • Familiarity with VoIP.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with API and Webservices.
  • Familiarity with Data Analytics with Python.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools (SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, DAX).
  • At least 2 years of work experience in this field.
