Job Description

● Installing and maintaining hardware and software of computer systems. ● Configuring and troubleshooting network systems, VoIP, IP cameras, and office machines. ● Providing telephone and face-to-face technical support services for users.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering. ● Gender preference: Male. ● Age range: 25 to 35 years old. ● At least 2 years of relevant work experience. Required knowledge: ● Mastery of basic network concepts (Network+). ● Adequate familiarity with Microsoft Services (Active Directory, and DNS). ● Familiarity with Mikrotik configuration (Radio, and Routing). ● Getting to know the basic configuration of Kerio control. ● Problem-solving skills.
