● Responding to queries via email or phone.

Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or Information Technology.
● Expert in MCSE and CCNA.
● Expert in VMware Virtualization.
● Experience with Network Repairs and Analysis.
● Expert in Site Design with WordPress and Web Hosting.
● Familiar with Backup Solutions.
● Familiar with Kaspersky Administration Kit.
● At least 3 years of experience in the IT department.
