● Install and maintain servers, switches, and routers.
● Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, and networks.
● Determine the best solution based on the issues and details provided by users.
● Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
● CCTV installation and troubleshooting.
● Troubleshoot network or connectivity problems for users.
● Perform routine maintenance or standard repairs to networking components or equipment.
● Install or repair network cables.
● Train users in procedures related to office automation and LAN or wireless network connectivity.
● Gather help desk requests and report to supervisor.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology.
● At least 2 years of experience in related fields.
● Expert in troubleshooting computer hardware and software.
● Ability to design and implement Active and Passive networks.
● Familiar with windows server and Microsoft services.
● Ability to support computer systems, Switches, and Routers.
● Knowledge of hardware and software, including applications and programming.
● Knowledge of transmission, broadcasting, switching, control, and operation of telecommunications systems.
● Adequate English skills.
