Job Description

● Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions. ● Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers. ● Walk the customer through the problem-solving process. ● Manage, install, and maintain Microsoft servers, Cisco switches, routers, Microtik, and services. ● Install, set up, and maintain a VMWare-based virtualization structure.

Requirements

● Expert in troubleshooting on computer hardware and software. ● Ability to design and implement Active and Passive networks (Network+). ● Familiar with windows server and Microsoft services (MCITP, MCSE). ● Ability to support computer systems, Switches, and Routers. ● At least 3 years experience in related fields. ● Preferably Bachelor in Computer engineering or Information Technology.
