Job Description

● Provide strategic advice on new opportunities for a function and be the first point of contact for new business initiatives or issues involving IT. ● Sense checks any new functional strategies or plans, effectively acting as a sounding board and sparring partner for the functional decision makers, ensuring alignment with IT strategy. ● Represent Iran IT to the local function providing the local function with clarity on Iran platforms, programs, priorities, and new ways of working. ● Represent the local function requirements to IT ensuring that local priorities, opportunities, and concerns are correctly fed into the IT programs and digitalization roadmap for consideration. ● Act as SLM (Service Level Manager) and in this role will agree on SLAs with the relevant functional business leads and ensure the relevant statistical information and services are in place and commutated from their IT colleagues. ● In the case of local applications, the IT BP plays also the SDM (Service Delivery Manager) role, in which case ensures and organizes the service with external providers. ● Responsible for creating or attending steering processes for their area both locally and at a regional level. ● Act as project manager for IT projects related to CD and marketing. ● Negotiate with Iran CD and marketing managers and monitor SLA (Service Level Agreement) for local applications.


● Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related fields. ● At least 5 years of experience in an IT environment with experience in supervising, managing, and others. ● Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. ● Ownership and commitment as well as being an initiator in projects is a must. ● E-commerce similar experience (process and technical knowledge). ● Good at deployment methods in big data and databases.
