Job Description
● Provide IT application support to business users. ● Support business team on day-to-day application support requirements, and ongoing training needs. ● Discuss and define business requirements and address them in the most optimal manner. ● Play a key consultant role between the business team and group IT team or 3rd party vendors. ● Partner with business stakeholders across functions to understand and define business needs and document design, and change request documents. ● Collaborate with internal and external teams to design and develop solutions that are user-friendly and address business needs. ● Carry out matters related to application issues and correct the problems accordingly. ● Conduct user training and briefing sessions as required. ● Involve in UAT with business users. ● Application support and service management. ● Establish the root causes of application errors to avoid repetitive issues. ● Monitor IT application performance and provide resolution by coordinating with internal or external teams in a timely manner. ● Assist line manager to support ongoing routine tasks and projects. ● Compliance with IT policies, processes, and procedures.
Requirements
● Experience in ERP and business process management in supply chain and finance areas. ● IT application development experience. ● Familiarity with business intelligence and application integrations. ● Overall, 5 to 7 years of IT application experience. ● Minimum 3 years of working experience in ERP in supply chain areas (finance, procurement, inventory, planning, and production). ● Exposure to full-cycle project management experience in ERP implementation and support. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering or IT Science.
