Job Description

We are looking for an IT Administrator to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs. The successful candidate will have improved skills, proven professional experience, and detailed knowledge of the industry’s best practice processes. ● Administer and maintain corporate domain and clients, based on Microsoft Active Directory. ● Manage and maintain local corporate network and local network core and access devices, switches, routers, and access points ● Administer corporate local services and servers, including MS SharePoint, MS Dynamics CRM, MS Skype for business, and Symantec Endpoint Manager. ● Answer and assign Help Desk tickets to proper members. ● Deploy new servers and services per corporate request. ● Maintain corporate clients. ● Provide help desk support to corporate users. ● Create documentation of corporate assets. ● Create IT Plans and detailed design of IT corporate projects. ● Delivery of detailed periodic reports to the director of technology. ● Real-time monitoring of corporate servers and services. ● Assign Help Desk tasks to Help Desk members and control the help desk operations. ● Real-time monitoring of corporate data center infrastructure, including chillers, UPS, and power generators. ● Evaluate the viability of proposed projects. ● Run regular checks on network and data security.

Requirements

● At least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Hardware or IT-related fields. ● Deep knowledge of Cisco CCNA. ● Deep knowledge of Mikrotik MTCNA. ● Deep knowledge of Microsoft MCSA and MCSE. ● Deep knowledge of Linux LPIC2. ● Practical experience with VMware hypervisor infrastructure. ● At least 5 years of experience in the applied position. ● Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies. ● Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills. ● Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize. ● Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices.
