Job Description
At Shahid Mahdavi Complex, we are looking for an IT Administrator to oversee our company’s hardware, software, and computer networks. IT Administrator's responsibilities include monitoring network infrastructure and resolving system issues.
Responsibilities:
● Maintain, develop, and optimize IT infrastructure (company networks and servers) to ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems.
● Manage contracts with vendors (e.g., development platforms) and software licenses and monitor SLA (Service Level Agreement) for business applications.
● Coordinate and supervise IT experts, technicians, and other professionals to provide guidance.
● Ensure the availability and service quality of these systems.
● Create and update operational IT system documentation.
