Job Description including but not limited to below tasks: • Correspondence with agents, customers and cooperation with related sales experts • Capability of handling Air, Sea, Overland and Transit shipments • Managing and monitoring export and import procedures and documentation and all related matters. • Updating sales experts and clients about latest shipment status • Handling customer inquiries and quotations (Correspondence with Agents) • Preparing necessary or requested reports for management • Maintain health and safety standards within the area. • Working Hours: Saturday - Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. to 15:00 p.m. /Thursday: Closed
Requirements
Operation & Documentation Specialist handling Air, Sea, and Overland and Transit shipments in a freight forwarder company with more than 2 year experience in related field is required. Requirements • At least three years of relevant work experience in the operations department of the International Transport Company in sea, air, land, and transit fields. • Fluent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and EPL. • Focused and self-confident with ability to work under pressure • Fluent in English Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently • Bachelor's degree in related fields (Bachelor's degree in Business is a priority). • Ability to work as a team member. • Flexibility work under pressure. • Excellent communication skills.
