Job Description

-The key purposes of this position are: -Taking all responsibilities by knowledge and experience with self-confidence to accept the purchase requests -Following up every single task individually to ensure all necessary actions are done in Details in order to maintain a safe, reliable and reasonable purchase cycle.
-Organizing and connecting all correspondence from the globe to i-Mix related Departments -Being in charge of guests visit plans, visa, arrangement and hospitality -Responsibilities: -Starting up Every purchase cycle in ITA by receiving a (Material Requisition-MR) from Sales Dept. and finishing by (i-Mix warehouse arrival notice) to sales Dept -Translating and following up all technical and scientifically transmittal with related supplier to achieve final defined acceptable goals -Cooperating in seminars and exhibitions and customers visits with our international partners -Providing a report for CPO (Chief Procurement Officer)
