Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for the person responsible for purchasing equipment, goods, and services and incurring running costs for the company. The procurement specialist should evaluate suppliers, products, and services, negotiate contracts, and ensure approved purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality, and delivered at the right time Responsibilities: ● Arrange, review and make contracts. ● Identify and hunt new suppliers and assist in negotiating supply agreements and contracts. ● Identify opportunities for cost management/value addition. ● Forecast procurement needs and reorders points. ● Ensure supplier compliance with all company regulations and requirements, including documentation. ● Responsible for resource and supply availability and timing. ● Perform cost analysis on items, quantities, and holding costs. ● Hold tenders and bidding through company regulations. ● Purchase both in the material and service area. ● Analyze the performance of suppliers and control contract risks. ● Project controlling by payment statement and on-time delivery perspective.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields. ● Good general English knowledge. ● About 3 years of experience in purchasing and different types of contract.
