Job Description

As an Internal Communications Team Lead, you will help the organization share and develop its objectives with the employees using various innovative tools and techniques. Internal Communications Team Lead, plays a vital role in engaging the people who work for TAPSI as we explore how we work together in new ways by designing and implementing dynamic internal campaigns that embed and develop our culture. This position requires excellent collaboration, communication, and writing skills, the ability to earn trust effectively, influence without authority, and possession of both change management and project management skills. The ideal candidate has both a passion for and a track record of driving process improvements, balancing competing priorities, and thinking creatively to solve problems with innovative ideas. Responsibilities: ● Plan and develop internal communications programs, shape and drive the communication framework and strategy. ● Build a deep understanding of current pain points and future needs by gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources. ● Review and analyze key external trends and internal communication strategies to incorporate best practices relevant to the organization. ● Develop and manage internal channels to support Internal communication strategy and voice of corporate through the internal communication framework. ● Plan, coordinate, and execute highly visible employee events, campaigns, and social gatherings. ● True hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement. ● Establish benchmarks and targets against which future improvements can be made in line with employee satisfaction. ● Monitor financial budget for communication and engagement activities. ● Be a guardian for the organization's internal values and create proper venues as its communication channels.

Requirements

● At least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Communications, or an MBA graduate. ● At least 5 years of experience in the field of Internal communications or people experience. ● Strong communication with skills in writing and public speaking. ● Flexible, creative, dynamic, and Hands-on with strong interpersonal skills. ● Ability to interface with all levels of the organization, specific strength in influencing decision-makers and managing expectations. ● Excellent time and task management skills. ● Caring and reliable personality. ● Interested in learning new things and ready for new challenges. ● Data-oriented. ● Customer-oriented.
