Goldiran Industries is a successful Consumer Electronic Manufacturing company seeking an experienced internal communications specialist who will be participating and playing an active role in internal information processes through various portals and tools, measuring their effectiveness, and participating in the design and implementation of the organization's internal events and campaigns. Roles: ● Suggesting and playing a role in implementing internal communication strategies and ensuring their alignment with organizational goals. ● Preparing textual and visual content for various communication portals used by the company. ● Participating and playing an active role in the process of designing, planning, and implementing internal events of the organization. ● Notifying the latest events, achievements, and news related to the organization or personnel and ensuring their effectiveness. ● Participating in the onboarding socialization process (such as designing welcome packages and greeting cards, etc.). ● Participating and designing human resource campaigns such as performance management, organizational engagement, recognition, culture, and so on.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or an MBA graduate. ● Creative and self-learner. ● A proactive reader. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Strong writing and editing ability. ● Excellent social media skills: campaign and content development, scheduling and posting, monitoring, tracking and reporting, and copywriting. ● Knowledge of content marketing is a plus. ● Strong familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and others. ● Energetic, and organized.
