Job Description

● To receive and handle inquiries, indents, and material requisitions from customers relevant to the field of activity. ● To review inquiry and MR technical documents and share necessary data with the suppliers. ● To communicate with suppliers at the bid stage for providing Technical and commercial proposals. ● To prepare technical and commercial bid documents. ● To follow up with customers to monitor and finalize the status of current proposals. ● To handle purchase orders received from the customers relevant to the assigned cases. ● To communicate with suppliers at the order phase. ● To initiate/assist in the generation of project documents as per the client’s approved VPIS. ● To coordinate with the company logistics team for safe and proper delivery of the ordered goods.

Requirements

General: ● Teamwork attitude. ● Result orientation and multi-task ability. ● Responsiveness and accountability. ● Individual and team organizing ability. ● Fair communication and negotiation skills. ● Ready for domestic traveling. ● Age range: 29 to 38 years old. Specific: ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Control Engineering or other related fields. ● Familiarity with the Oil, Gas, and Petrochemical industry and their process. ● Familiarity with API, IEEE, and other relevant standards. ● At least 5 years of working experience relevant to Instrumentation. ● Domination in preparation and interpretation of technical documents. ● Fluent in MS Office. ● Good command of English (especially reading and writing).
