Responsible for managing all business processes, ERP software implementation, and data quality across AVAKATAN holding (Banimode, Jeans West, Digiwash, Balcafe, Meta Gym, Insu, Domil, and Banifood).
Our information system department includes three teams: business process analysis, software development, and DATA.
Requirements
More than seven years of experience in a management role.
Strong leadership and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across, and down multiple businesses.
Prior experience leading ERP-related transformation initiatives (SAP, and Rahkaran) including integrations, reporting, and security.
Strong Knowledge of the DATA Model, MSSQL, and Power BI.
Highly skilled in project Management.
Knowledge of models, frameworks, tools, and techniques of organizational and business process management.
Mastery of managing the required training programs related to the business and organizational processes.
Not necessary but good to have:
Prior experience with Leading Odoo or Microsoft Ax.
Prior experience with ITIL framework or Agile Project Management.
Prior experience in a Program management position.
