Job Description

● Coordinate with foreign suppliers, order placements, original documents issuance and legalization, insurance, and transportation. ● Track transportation with the log. dep., get CDO from the forwarder. ● Arrange with the bank to receive an allocation and reconcile with the bank after clearance. ● Organize transport from ETD to receive border passes, CDO, and all required payments and letters. ● Clearance process to be organized with a broker and provide them with all required dox. ● Organize payments to foreign suppliers, forwarders, and authorities. ● Order registration at MoC, import and release permission from the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Ershad, certificates from Standard Inst. ● Follow up on clearance of all imported materials with the customs broker. ● Responsible for barcode and HSE numbers. ● Build a system for monitoring the importing actions per shipment, archive the docs properly to comply with the internal audit requirements, and be referable for future purchases. ● Control and update contracts timely. ● Duty exemption tasks.
