Process design and monitoring of the establishment and implementation of the main processes of human resources in subsidiaries companies:
● Review, challenge and redesign the main processes of human resources (recruitment, administrative affairs, compensation, welfare, and training) in subsidiaries with the cooperation of in-house experts.
● Attract, complete or, if necessary, change the human resources expert of the subsidiaries based on the challenges and needs of each company.
● Supervise the establishment and implementation of the reviewed processes and modify them as needed.
● Design and apply the human resources management strategy of each subsidiary in accordance with its conditions.
Management of the current team of human resources experts of the main company:
● Assigning, managing, and supervising the company's human resources experts to advance the ongoing human resources affairs.
● Establishing the company's Public Relations team (PR) and leading them in line with the goals of the employer branding and improving the experience of employees.
Mentoring and in-service training of human resources experts:
● Mentoring and training while working on human resources processes to experts according to the needs of the individual and the company while seriously maintaining the principles of coaching.
● Training needs assessment of human resources experts, if necessary, introduce them to professional courses.
Cooperation to improve, strengthen or promote organizational culture:
● Active participation in organizational culture meetings of the company and exchange of views on these issues.
● Provide feedback on the real environment and conditions of the company and its subsidiaries in the field of organizational culture.
● Focus on promoting a specific organizational culture through the human resources team of subsidiaries.
Cooperation in reforming and reviewing the competency model:
● Attend meetings related to the competency model and review the dimensions of the traits project in the company.
● Cooperate in reviewing the competency model of the company and the changes and reforms required in order to extend it to subsidiaries.
● Launch and strengthen the development and training department in the company's human resources unit.
● Develop and apply recruitment and employment strategies and use the capacity of human resources experts in this regard.
● Net salary: 18 to 22 million Tomans.
Requirements
● At least a Master's degree in Management (preferably Human Resources), Industrial Engineering, or Psychology from reputable universities in Tehran.
● Passing a specialized course in human resources such as MBA, DBA, and PHRI in reputable domestic or foreign centers.
● At least 4 years of experience in the field of human resources and 2 years in managerial positions.
● Upper-Intermediate level in English.
● Work experience in an environment that deals with startups.
● Analytical and critical thinking.
● Responsible and hardworking.
● Reasonable personality.
● Independency of thought and decision.
● Interested in training junior teammates for further growth.
