● Follow up on all matters related to the human resources unit.
● Provide all recruitment processes from A to Z.
● Follow up on activities until achieving results and completing assigned tasks.
● Provide weekly reports to the HR manager.
● Prepare reports and documents related to the recruitment process.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or an MBA graduate (an HRM degree is an advantage).
● At least five years of work experience in related fields.
● Familiarity with the recruitment process and how to conduct an interview.
● Full familiarity with labor laws, and social and personal affairs.
● High public relations and strong communication skills.
● Familiar with how to search job sites and offer job offers to job seekers.
● Experience working with software related to human resources.
● Sociable.
● Ability to solve problems and make decisions.
● Quick learner and eager to work in a dynamic environment.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
