Job Description

Espandar Cement Investment Company is currently looking for a Human Resources Specialist for its holding company in Tehran. The job holder will be reporting directly to the Group HR Manager. The head office is located on Farmanieh street in Tehran. A day in the life: ● Handling employee benefits, insurance correspondence, and other day-to-day administrative tasks in the HR department. ● Organizing training courses and seminars for technical, HSE, HR, and finance teams. ● Following up with multiple internal parties to ensure HR procedures are correctly followed; generating periodic reports to ensure group companies are in compliance with HR protocols. ● Coordinating talent acquisition and recruitment cycle in the group; conducting interviews, background screening, and onboarding.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields. ● Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Microsoft Project is a plus. ● Exposure to payroll and insurance practices. ● Experience in conducting behavioral HR interviews. ● Ability to maintain efficient relationships with employees from different backgrounds and levels within plants and the head office. ● Creativity and interest in learning.
