● Follow up on all matters related to the human resources unit.
● Provide all hiring processes from A to Z (hiring announcement, resume screening, job interviews, recruitment, and selection of final candidates).
● Provide weekly reports to the HR Manager.
● Prepare reports and documents related to the recruitment process.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or MBA (An HRM degree is an advantage).
● At least three years of work experience in related fields.
● Full familiarity with labor laws and social and personal affairs.
● Fluent in English.
● Fluent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
● Having high public relations and strong articulation.
● Experience working with human resources software.
● A communicative person.
