● Provide professional operational support on a wide range of HR processes.
● Determine applicants' qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing applicant qualifications to job requirements.
● Post job vacancies on different job sites, and evaluate applicants based on their resumes.
● Prepare documentation for the recruitment process and other HR guidelines.
● Analyze training needs for employees.
● Design and implement training courses.
Requirements
● Master's or Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, or similar fields.
● At least 1 year of experience as an HR specialist.
● Military service should be completed or the applicant should be permanently exempted.
● Having general knowledge of all HR functions.
● Being familiar with HR excellence awards and models.
● Highly focused, proactive, result-oriented, self-motivated.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
