Job Description

● Review the work plan and divide it between the units under supervision while creating coordination, guidance, and follow-up in its timely implementation according to the goals and policies of the CEO. ● Supervise all administrative operations, supervise the correct and complete implementation of the company's methods and policies, and prepare the necessary programs and arrangements in order to increase the level of efficiency of the people under supervision. ● Investigate the problems and issues created in the process under supervision and related to personnel affairs and make appropriate decisions and procedures to solve problems. ● Supervise the proper implementation of laws, regulations, and instructions issued in related matters and provide corrective comments on the elimination of deficiencies.

Requirements

● At least a Master's degree in Public Administration, Business, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources Management or MBA and DBA graduate. ● Getting to know the principles of management and supervision and the ability to manage people. ● Information on the laws and regulations of labor and social security administration, tax, and accounting. ● Ability to plan personnel such as training programs for employment, safety, environment, and health. ● Ability to analyze analytical reports on administrative issues. ● Ability to formulate guidelines, rules, and regulations in the field of administrative, personnel, health, and educational issues. ● At least ten years of work experience.
