Job Description

● Carrying out administrative affairs. ● Recruit personnel. ● Carrying out personnel matters. ● Managing personnel performance and issuance of orders and contracts. ● Managing, organizing, and supervising all matters related to human resources management. ● Responsible for order and administration of internal affairs of the organization.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree, or a Ph.D. in Management or other related fields. ● At least five years of managerial work experience. ● Mastering the principles of recruiting and hiring. ● Proficient in the process and principles of performance evaluation. ● Proficient in the principles of training and promotion of employees and organizations. ● Familiar with the principles and processes of organization development. ● Ability to do group work.
