● Prepare and regulate policies, guidelines, procedures, regulations, and human resources departments
● Determine performance indicators, monitor the issuance of employment orders, and conduct employee performance appraisals.
● Prepare and update company post descriptions.
● Establish and control the ranking system and submit relevant reports.
● Create a communication system between employees and the organization.
● Manage the process of resigning and leaving the organization.
● Train employees and try to improve their knowledge and skills.
● Maintain and strengthen employee motivation.
● Strengthen the relationship between management and employees by handling requests, complaints, or other issues.
Requirements
● Fluent in English.
● Familiar with KPI development.
● Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
● Good knowledge of performance management models.
● Familiarity with human resources excellence models.
● Master's degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, or an MBA graduate from a reputable university.
● At least five years of work experience.
