Job Description

● Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts, and helping resolve work-related problems. ● Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements. ● Human resources development and training. ● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8 to16:30; Thursdays from 8 to 12:00.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management or other related fields. ● At least 15 years of experience in the HR field. ● Familiar with Iranian laws and regulations. ● Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). ● Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation, and benefits. ● Knowledge of management and human resources. ● Self-motivated person. ● Working knowledge of English. ● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
