● Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of human resources or personnel departments.
● Plan human resource requirements in conjunction with other departmental managers.
● Coordinate internal and external training and recruitment activities.
● Develop and implement labor relations policies and procedures and negotiate collective agreements.
● Administer employee development and safety programs.
● Advice and assist other departmental managers on the interpretation and administration of personnel policies and programs.
● Design and update the classification and rating of occupations.
● Organize and conduct employee information meetings on employment policy, benefits and compensation and participate -actively on various joint committees.
● Direct the organization's performance management program.
● Management of support affairs (purchase of supplies, supplies, and furniture).
● Interact with the government departments and insurance companies which are required by the organization.

● Bachelor's degree in Personnel Management, such as Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Commerce, Psychology or other related fields.
● 10 years of experience as an HR manager or human resource supervisor are required.
● Hold a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) certification.
