Roles:
● Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
● Manage staff schedules.
● Develop process management.
● Track office supply inventory and approves supply orders.
● Manage internal communication and employee relation.
Requirements
● Highly motivated and ambitious.
● Bachelor’s degree in HRM or equivalent education.
● Solid team player filled with a love for team-building.
● Excellent command of verbal and written English.
● Skilled in using social media, especially LinkedIn.
● Successful experience in a startup or high-growth company is a plus.
