We are looking to recruit a full-time HR and training manager for an SME company based in Iran with international operations in foreign trades and the financial sector.
Roles:
● Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
● Manage staff schedules.
● Develop process management.
● Track office supply inventory and approves supply orders.
● Manage internal communication and employee relation.
Requirements
● Master's degree in HR or Business Management.
● Fluent in English.
● 2 to 3 years of experience.
● Knowledge of HR, training, and business development.
● Leadership, teamwork, innovation, and development skills.
