Job Description

● Handle talent acquisition and recruitment processes. ● Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training and development. ● Handle development and implementation of human resources policies. ● Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs. ● Monitor the employee performance management system. ● Manage the employee relations process and build out the employee relations function. ● Train and supervise HR administrators. ● Ensure that the company is compliant with regulations, labor laws, and employment laws.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields. ● At least five years of related experience (related experience in oilfields is preferred). ● Fluent in English. ● Fluent in HR knowledge. ● Fluent in Training Needs Assessment models. ● Excellent communication skills.
