Job Description

● Set up an organizational chart and hierarchy. ● Set job descriptions. ● Arrange business meetings between managers and personnel. ● Select people according to employment tests. ● Direct Manager: CEO. ● Probation period: 3 months. ● Travel requirements: one or two domestic trips a month and maybe every few months abroad.

Requirements

● Familiarity with employment psychology tests. ● Familiarity with the organizational and administrative principles in accordance with the contracts of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security Insurance. ● Getting to know the rights related to setting up work contracts.
