Requirements
● Bachelor’s or Master's degree in HR Management, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
● Minimum 4 years of work experience.
● Hands-on experience with the main job boards.
● Strong interview skills specifically competency-based interviews.
● Strong working knowledge of labor laws.
● Strong interpersonal skills.
● Good written and verbal communications skills.
● Able to work under pressure situations.
● Good command of MS Office.
● Good command of English.
