Job Description:

• Collaborate in the recruitment and hiring process, including reviewing resumes and evaluating candidates.
• Support in developing and implementing training and development programs.
• Manage employee information and update the HR database.
• Evaluate employee performance and assist in implementing performance improvement programs.
• Prepare and compile management reports.
• Follow up on reports from legal and disciplinary committees and attend committees as necessary.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.
• Ability to solve problems and manage time.
