Job Description

As a recruiter, you have the opportunity to work with Tavazo Team members and be responsible to observe, interview, and choose new candidates for hire. You improve the hiring methods in the company and have added value to this procedure with your ideas, opinions, and new policies. Job Description: ● Write job descriptions and post job opportunities on online platforms and monitor the new candidates. ● Responsible for all the activities related to recruiting. ● Manage interviews (by phone, in person, or online) and able to filter the potential candidates. ● Manage all the human resources-related files and folders and archive them on paper or electronically. ● Responsible for editing, handing over, canceling, or starting the contracts. ● Responsible for giving notices for ending the collaborations. ● Be in direct contact with any potential candidates to conduct the hiring procedure via Email, social media, online recruiting platforms, and phone. ● Determine the needed talent or qualifications or requirements for new job opportunities in the company. ● Participate in training new employees and make sure that they are ready to fulfill their tasks. ● Handle all the employee's requests, send any warning if necessary, and carry out an investigation if there is any issue. ● Give consultation in regard to employees' education program and apply the procedures. ● Monitor to find new ideas and methods related to the field of human resources management. Requirements

What you offer: ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or other related fields (Psychology is a plus). ● Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus). ● Able to use all kinds of hardware and their applications to conduct the hiring, interviewing, and finding of new candidates. ● More than two years of experience in human resources management or similar fields (international experience is a plus).
