Requirements
● At least three years of relevant work experience
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
● Active, motivated, patient, and regular in doing things.
● Familiar with the process of implementing training programs and evaluating the effectiveness of employee training.
● Getting to know the needs assessment process and employee training planning based on competency models and organizational priorities.
● Getting to know the principles and processes of ISO 10015.
● Proficient in reporting to management through human resource indicators.
● Knowledge of human resources and database management.
● Teamwork spirit and high flexibility.
● Proficient in labor and social security laws.
