The objective of the role:
- Improve human resource management process e.g. recruitment, performance evaluation, and elite management.
List of responsibilities:
- Define HR processes.
- Implementing HR processes.
- Monitoring and Improvement of implementation.
Length of Probation Period: 1 Month.
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8 am-6 pm.
Requirements
University Qualifications: BSc. in management or engineering and MSc. HR management.
Nature and length of previous experience: At least 2 years of experience as HR senior.
Specialist knowledge: recruitment, performance evaluation, HR planning and strategy developing.
Soft Skills and Personality traits: Adaptability, patience, perseverance.
