Job Description

We are looking for a human resources development expert to join the human resources department. This role will be responsible for effectively designing learning and development initiatives to empower employees' growth and develop their knowledge, skills, and capabilities to drive better business performance. This involves needs analysis, instructional design, learning delivery, evaluation, project management, and research.

Requirements

● Excellent organizational, interviewing, problem-solving, and negotiating skills. ● Knowledge of human resources concepts, practices, legislation, and procedures. ● Ability to supervise work processes and staff. ● Ability to interpret and effectively communicate policies and procedures and resolve problems for a diverse population. ● Knowledge of standard MS Office.
