● Supporting HSE communication needs, report generation, data analysis, and archiving.
● Coordinating department calendars, meeting rooms, shared spaces, and resources.
● Organizing, planning, and following up the internal activities related to wellbeing.
● Organizing the daily logistics and administrative tasks in the office.
● Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes.
● Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
● Assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of programs, systems, and procedures necessary to ensure the overall safety and health of employees.
● Composing formal correspondence, and documents.
● Maintaining confidentiality while assisting with sensitive matters and information.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Safety, or an MBA graduate.
● Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of administration affairs and safety.
● Be agile, adaptable, and with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
● Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure, and the willingness to put in the extra hours, when needed.
● Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
● Proper communication skills.
● Fluent in English.
● Knowledge of record-keeping and filing techniques including electronic files.
