Job Description

● Design and develop competency model and publishing competency dictionary. ● Plan, design, and conduct motivational programs to increase Employee Satisfaction. ● Conduct and follow up training and development plans. ● Implement training and development programs. ● Job analysis and preparation of job descriptions. ● Benchmark new HR and OB tools and strategies. ● Train and development need assessment. ● Analysis of the human resources statistics. ● Design and follow up IDP process. ● Improve organizational chart.

Requirements

● Master's degree in Business, Management, or Commerce. ● 1 year of experience in a similar position. ● Microsoft PowerPoint - Advanced. ● Microsoft Outlook - Advanced. ● Microsoft Excel - Advanced. ● Microsoft Word - Advanced. ● English-Advanced. ● Age: 24 to 35 years old.
